he doth not account for

It is Ordered by this Court that a writt of Exigent be
Issued forth at the next General Quarter Sessions of the
peace for this County or assoon afterwards as the same
can be legally Sued out without further mocon against
Thomas Jones< no role > Gent late high Constable of Holborne
Division in this County upon the Indictment against
him for not produceing his accounts of the publique
moneys by him received, and disposed of, and of the
Arreares of publique moneys Standing out and unreced
before the Court of Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace
holden for this County in October. One thousand Seven
hundred and twenty eight pursuant to an Order in
that behalfe made, unless the said Thomas Jones< no role > shall
in the mean time produce his said Accounts to and
Account with the Committee of his Maties Justices of
the peace for this County appointed to take and adjust
the same,

Robert Hinde< no role > Junr . Esqr . Justices of the peace of this
County and such other Justices of the peace of the said
County as shall think fit to be present or any three or
more of them as a Committee to meet at such times and
places as they shall appoint And to inspect the Goals of
New Prison & the House of Correction at Clerkenwell
in this County And to Report to this Court the present
State & condition of the said Goals or any thing relating
