Committee on behalf of the Justices of the peace of this
County & to the said John Mist< no role > , to be reported on the County
day of the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace for this
County, And this Court doth declare that upon Executing the
said Contract a Standing Committee of Justices of the peace
ought to be appointed to Supervise the said Hay market from
time to time and See that the same be well and Sufficiently
new paved as aforesaid and continually kept in good and
Substantial repaire and Soe left at the expiracon of the said
terme, according to the said Agreement.
