Chairman for his Charge,
as to desire him to Prmitt
the same to be printed.}

Ordered that the thanks of this Court be & they are hereby given
to William Cowper< no role > Esqr . the Chairman of this Court for the
Charge by him this day delivered to the Grand Jury & other
Jurys for the County of Middx in Westminster Hall , And he is
hereby desired to permitt the said Charge to be printed &
published.

of proding Dinner for
Justices}

Upon peruseing the Bill of William Dodd< no role > Vintner for finding
& providing a dinner for his Maties Justices of the peace of this
County Assembled at this present General Quarter Sessions of
the peace this day begun & holden at Westminster in & for the
said County amounting to the Sume of eleven pounds three
Shillings & eight pence, towards payment whereof the
Sherriff of this County hath advanced on account of theWages
Wages of the Justices of the peace & Clerk of the peace the
Sume of four pounds & eighteen Shillings, It is Ordered by
this Court that Peter Walter< no role > Esqr . Clerk of the peace of this
County Doe out of the Colt money belonging to the Justices
of the peace of the said County in his hands pay unto the said
William Dodd< no role > the residue of the said bill amounting to the
Sume of Six pounds five Shillings & eight pence, whose
receipt together with this Order shall be a Sufficient
discharge to the said Clerk of the peace for such payment,

exerciseing the trade
of Compound Distillers
within the Weekly Bills
of Mortality}

This Court taking Notice that great mischeifs have happened to
many of his Maties Subjects by the Sudden & terrible fires which
have broke out within the weekly Bills of Mortality in the Houses
of persons exerciseing the trade of Compound Distillers within
the same, And, thinking it requisite that some proper means
should be used for preventing of such mischeifs Doth Order that
it be And It is hereby recomended & referred unto Thomas
Burdus William Wickham< no role > Richard Newton< no role > Charles Wood< no role > John
Martin Thomas Cotton< no role > This name instance is in set 3506. Charles Moore< no role > Henry Broadhead< no role >
