said County amounting to the Sume of eleven pounds three
Shillings & eight pence, towards payment whereof the
Sherriff
of this County hath advanced on account of the
Wages
Wages of the Justices of the peace
& Clerk of the peace the
Sume of four pounds & eighteen Shillings, It is Ordered by
this Court that

This Court taking Notice that great mischeifs have happened to
many of his Maties Subjects by the Sudden & terrible fires which
have broke out within the weekly Bills of Mortality in the Houses
of persons exerciseing the trade of Compound Distillers within
the same, And, thinking it requisite that some proper means
should be used for preventing of such mischeifs Doth Order that
it be And It is hereby recomended & referred unto Thomas
