East Side of the said Hay-Market with good Sound pebbles
from the Denter Stone to the Channell, and also well &
Substantially new pave all the west Side of the said Hay-
Market from the Denter Stone to the Channell with good
large rags, making use of the large rags left out on the
East Side, and Shall & will alsoe at his & their owne proper
costs & charges (after the said Hay-Market shall be soe
well & Substantially new paved) well & Substantially
repaire, amend and maintaine Such pavement with
all & all manner of need full & necessary reparacons &
amendments when & as often as necessity shall be
from the twenty fifth day of March One thousand
Seven hundred & thirty for the terme of twenty one
Years from thence next ensueing and fully to be
compleat & ended and leave the same in good and
Substantiall repaire at the end of the said terme, And
that in case the said John Mist< no role > his Execrs. or Admrs.
shall at any time or times neglect to repaire any part
of the said pavement within Six days after notice in
writing delivered to or left for him or them by any two or
more Justices of the peace of the said County appointed.
a Standing Committee by order of Court in that behalf
to repaire the same such pavement shall or may be
repaired by order of any two of such Committee, and
the expence thereof shall be from time to time deducted
out of the next quarterly payment, which shall become
due to the said John Mist< no role > his Execrs. or Admrs. out of the
said, yearly Sume of Seventy four pounds, Now upon
takeing the said Draught into consideracon This Court
doth approve of and agree to the same, And doth Order
that the said Articles be ingrossed as containing the
Contract to be made with the said John Mist< no role > And that
the Committee of his Maties Justices of the peace of
this County heretofore appointed by Order of the
Generall Sessions of the peace holden for the said
