Trear of Vagrant mony to
pay £10. to Wm. Rippon< no role > Petty
Constable of Southmims ,}

It is Ordered by this Court that William Cotesworth< no role > Esqr . Treasurer
of the moneys raised in this County for the passing & releiving
of Vagrants Doe thereout pay unto William Rippon< no role > one of the
petty Constables of the parish of Southmims in the said County
the Sume of ten pounds for the Sallary allowed to him for his
honble & expences in passing & releiving of Vagrants for one
quarter of a year ending at Midsumer last, whose receipt
together with this Order shall be a Sufficient discharge to the
said Mr. Cotesworth for such payment,

Upon peruseall of the account of Mr. Samuel Weaver< no role > Collector of the
Toll money of the Hay-Market in the parishes of St. Martin in the
fields & St. James within the Liberty of Westmr. in this County from
Christmas One thousand Seven hundred and twenty nine to Lady
day One thousand seven hundred and thirty, It appeareth to this
Court that the said Toll mony reced by the Said Samuel Weaver< no role >
and charged in his said Account amounts to the Sume of thirty
two pounds and Six pence, And It further appearing to this
Court by Informacon of Nathaniel Blackerby< no role > Esqr . & other Justices
of the Committee appointed to oversee the Said Hay-Market ,
and take care that the same be kept in good repaire, that
several Sumes of money ought to be allowed & paid out of
the said Toll money reced as aforesaid(Vizt.)

of the said Clerk of the peace the usual allowance
of one guinea P Ann on account of his trouble
in drawing up and entring the Orders concerning
the Hay-Market for four years and an half} £4..14s..6d
