Whereas a Drat. of a Contract or Articles of Agreement
prepared in pursuance of an order made at the last General
Sessions of the peace holden for this County by adjornmt. on
Thursday the twenty Sixth day of February last was this day
laid before this Court by the Clerk of the peace for this County
expressed to be between John Mist< no role > of the parish of St. Ann
within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middx

Justices of the peace for the County of Middx and City &
Liberty of Westminster for & on behalfe of themselves &
the rest of the Justices of the peace of the same County City
& Liberty of the other part touching the new paving and
keeping in repaire the Hay market in the parishes of St.
Martin in the feilds and St. James within the Liberty of
Westmr. in the said County And whereas (after the
rentalls in the said Articles contained) It is therein
further expressed that the said John Mist< no role > for himselfe his
Execrs. & Admrs. doth covenant promise & agree to & with
the said Justices and the Survivors & Survivor of them &
the Execrs. & Admrs. of such Survivor in consideracon of the
Yearly Sume of Seventy four pounds of lawfull money
of Great Britain to be paid unto him the said John Mist< no role >
his Execrs. or Admrs. by Order of his Maties Justices of the
peace for the said County, for the terme of twenty one
Years to be computed from the twenty fifth day of March
last at the times therein menconed (vizt.) the Feast days of
the Nativity of St. John the Baptist , St. Michael the Archangel,
the Nativity of our Lord Christ & the Annunciacon of the
blessed Virgin Mary by even & equell porcons, out of the
moneys ariseing by the Toll for hay & Straw brought
or to be brought into & Standing to be Sold in the said
Hay-Market That he the said John Mist< no role > his Execrs. or
Admrs. shall & will forthwith at his & their owne proper
costs & Charges well & Substantially new pave all the [..]
