these Cases the partie on Condemacon of the Bricks or
Tyles to be discharged from any Contract to pay for
them.

If any Spanish shall be allowed, which Seemes in
some Measure necessary, as to the greatest part of the
Brick Earth about this Town, And to keep down the
excessive price of Bricks, That mixing or using any
comon Earth Street Dirt or any other Materialls
therewith be prohibited, and the Bricks made with
Such Mixed Stuff to be deemed to be made Contrary to
Law,

That the Quantity of Spanish [..] allowed to be used, be
limited to a Sixth part at Most.

That the Proofe of the Quantities used shall lye on the
Brickmaker

That whether Spanish be allowed or not, and whether
the Bricks or Tyles be made for Sale or for the owner or
makers own use, all Bricks and Tyles Soe bad as not to
be fitt for use, altho' the Limitations herein or in the
Severall Acts of parliament prescribed, be observed in
the making & burning of them, be Subject to the powers
before given, of Separating & destroying them, but
not to any further penaltie.

That all Convictions be at Sessions only, and not by
any one or more Justices out of Sessions, And all
penalties to be levyed by process of the Court on
conviction except the penalties of Twenty Shillings and
Ten Shillings of Thousand, which are to be
recovered only by Action.

All which Wee humbly certify
and Submitt to the Judgment of
