The prison belonging to the
Court of Record held within
the Mannors of Stepney and
Hackney in the County of
Middx commonly called
White Chappell prison.}ss:

A Table of Fees to be taken by the Goaler or Keeper
of the said prison for any prisoner or prisoners
committment or comeing into Goal or Chamber Rent
there or discharge from thence in any Civil Accon
Settled and Established the twenty Second day of
December Anno Dm 1729 And in the third year of
the Reigne of his Majesty King George the Second
pursuant to a late Act of parliament Intituled An Act for the
releif of Debtors with respect to the Imprisonment of their
persons (vizt.)

To the Keeper of the said prison upon the discharge of every
prisoner comitted in any Civil Accon or Actions by Virtue of
any process or Execution} £0..4s..0d

To the Turnkey£0..1s..0d

To the Keeper for the use of Chamber, Bed, Bedding & Sheets for
each prisoner that chooseth to goe on the Master's Side if provided
by the Goaler at the prisoner's request, for the first Night} £0..0s..6d

For every Night after the first Night£0..0s..3d

If two in a Bed two pence each£0..0s..4d

Noe Fee to be taken for the use of a Chamber, bed, bedding or Sheets
on the Comon Side, Nor any Fee for the use of a Chamber Bed
Bedding or Sheets on the Master's Side Or Committment or
discharge of any prisoner in any Civil Action or Actions than
what is above mentioned.
