and Edward Galloway< no role > Esqr . and other his Maties Justices
of the peace of this County who are Baristers at Law or
any three or more of them to meet at such times and
places as they shall appoint, And to consider of the
method and times of holding the Generall Quarter and
Generall Sessions of the peace for this County, And to State
the course hitherto used and the Laws in that behalfe
for the opinion of the Court of Generall or Quarter
Sessions of the peace for this County and to the End
a direction may be given in what manner the said
