Order to take into
consideracon on the
County day of the next
GeneralSessions
the Report of the Comittee
up the Brick Act}

Upon reading the Report of the Committee of his Maties
Justices of the peace fot this County, to whom It was referred by
an Order made in July Sessions last to consider of an Act of
parliament made in Second year of his present Maties reign
touching the appointing of Searchers to view and inspect the
making of bricks and pantiles, and of the best methods to be
taken for effectuating the Same, and what Sort of persons are
fit to be appointed Searchers to view and inspect the making
of bricks and pantiles in this County, and for what time
and for what plates or districts, And to report to the Court
their opinions in writing touching the premisses, It is
Ordered by this Court that the Said Report be taken into
consideracon on the County day of the next Generall
Sessions of the peace for this County.

Order for issueing forth
& continueing process for
outlawing Tho: Jones
Gent late High Constable
of Holborn Division }

It is Ordered by this Court that Regular process be issued forth
upon the Indictment preferred and found in October Sessions
one thousand Seven hundred and twenty eight against Thomas
Jones Gent< no role > late high Constable of Holborn Division in this
County for a contempt and Misdemeanor in the Said
Indictment menconed, and that Such process be continued
untill the Said Thomas Jones< no role > Shall be legally outlawed
thereupon.

Order for enlargeing
the time for takeing a
view of Brentford
Bridge Etc}

It is Ordered by this Court that the time limited by an Order made
at the Generall Sessions of the peace holden for this County by
adjornment on Thursday the twenty eighth day of August
last for the Committee of his Maties Justices of the peace this
County therein named to take a view of a publick Bridge called
Brentford Bridge in this County, and to See if any, and what repaires
are wanting & necessary to be done thereto, and to doe other matters
therein menconed, And to make their Report in writing
touching the premisses unto the Court of Sessions of the peace
