consider of the State of the Hay-Market in the parishes
of St. Martin in the fields and St. James Westmr. in the said
County, and for other purposes in the said Orders
menconed have by their Report in writing under their
hands bearing date the twenty Sixth day of February
instant Reported unto this Court That pursuant to an
Order made at the last Generall Quarter Sessions of the
peace held by Adjournment on Thursday the fifteenth
day of January last upon reading the Report then
made by the said Committee They have caused Toll
posts to be Set down as directed by the said Order, And
that they did give publick notice in the Gazett and
Daily post that they Should be ready on Thursday the
twelfth day of February instant at eleven of the clock
in the forenoon at George Coffee< no role > house neare the
Hay Market to receive proposalls in writing for the
new paveing end keeping in repaire the Hay Market
lying within the Toll posts lately Set up for the terme
of twenty one years and to leave it in good repaire
at the expiracon of the said term At which time a
proposall of John Mist< no role > pavior and another proposall
of Charles Carell< no role > were made and being read and
considered they unanimously approved of that made
by the said John Mist< no role > as being agreeable to their
Advertisement grounded on their former Report, which
proposall of the said John Mist< no role > beares date the twelfth
day of February instant, And he thereby proposes to
new pave the East Side with pebbles from the Denter
Stone to the Channell, and new pave the West Side
from the Denter Stone to the Channell with good
large rags making use of the large rags left out
on the East Side, And to maintain the Same in good
