P Ann to an agent is an unnecessary expence and Doth
therefore Order that the Salary of ten pounds P Ann which
has been allowed to the Treasurer's Agent for his trouble and
paines in keeping and Stating the accounts relating to the Said
Hay-Market doe from Easter next also cease & determine,
And to the intent that the limits of the Said Hay-Market may
be ascertained as proposed by the Said Committee It is hereby
recomended and referred to the Justices of the peace named in
the Said recited Order or any three of them forthwith to order
and cause a Toll post to be Sett down on the East side of the
Said Hay-Market over against the Said House late the Lord
Gorins with this Inscription thereon The Market begins
here And also to direct and cause another Toll post to be
Set North of the house late the Phoeinx Inn at the lower end
of the Said Hay-Market with this Inscription thereon
The Market ends here And to the intent that the Said
Hay-Market may be well & effectually paved and Such
pavement kept in good & Sufficient repaire It is hereby
recomended & referred into the Said Justices of the peace or
any three of them to treat with Some Substantial Pavior or
Paviors touching the new paveing or repairing the pavement
of the Said Hay-Market , and keeping the Same in good & Sufficient
repaire for any terme or Number of yeares, and to receive
Proposalls for that purpose, And to make their Report in that
be half unto the Court upon the County Day of the Next Generall
or Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County, And as to all
the other matter and matters contained in the Said recited
Report (touching which this Court [..] hath not at present
made any Order) This Court doth referr the Same back to
the Said Comittee.
