Jurymen at the Sessions of the peace for this County
was adjorned untill this present Thursday the twenty
Sixth day of February instant, Now that It is Ordered by
this Court that it be And It is hereby recomended and
referred unto John Milner< no role > This name instance is in set 4214. Esqr . Sr . John Gonson< no role > Knt.
Robert Thornhill< no role > John Hastings< no role > and Edward Galloway< no role >
Esqr . and other his Maties Justices of the peace for this
County who are Baristers at Law or any two or more
of them to meet at such times and places as they shall
think proper And to inspect the Several Orders of this
Court touching the returning of Grand Jurymen, as
also to consider and Report to this Court what are
the Laws in that behalf or for regulating the return
or panels of such Juries and what may be an
effectuall method to prevent insufficient persons from
being retorned to Serve as Grand Jurymen at the
Sessions of the peace for this County for the future And
to make their Report touching the premisses to the
Court of Generall or Quarter Sessions of the peace for
this County.

Upon reading the humble peticon of peter Creswell< no role >
Governor of the House of Correccon for this County
exhibited unto this Court Setting forth That the Peticoner
having for this Seven years past been Elected Keeper of
the aforesaid house of Correction dureing which time he
has Gone through a Deal of difficulty to Support the poor
Comitted to his Charge by reason of haveing all the
Sallery taken of at the time of his being Elected, and the
Peticoner has been very unwilling to give any trouble
