It is Ordered by this Court that noe Indictment already
found or hereafter to be found by the Grand Jury at the
Sessions of Oier & Terminer for this County for any
trespass or misdemeanor (not capital) and properly
determinable at Such Sessions be Sent to the Court of
Goal Delivery for this County without the leave of the
Chairman of the Sessions of Oier and Terminer for the
Said County for the time being,

Order to consider
concerning the
Eventing the retorn
of insufficient Grand
Jurymen}

This Court takeing notice that a great many
insufficient persons have been retorned at this present
Sessions upon the pannell to Serve as Grand Jurymen
to inquire for our Sovereign Lord< no role > the King for the
Body of this County And being of opinion that the
retorn of Such insufficient persons to Serve as Grand
Jurymen ought to be prevented for the future Doth
Order that the Said matter be taken into consideracon
on the County day of the next Generall Quarter Sessions
of the peace for this County,
