his Maties Justices of the peace of this County (vizt.) that
Such allowance may be advanced from ten pence to
twelve pence a point, which matter Stood adjourned
to this day, be further adjorned untill the County day of
the next Generall Sessions of the peace for this County,

P adjorn Veneris 17 o. die Octobris 1729

Order against Sending
any Indictmt. for
trespass or misdemeanor
(not capital) to the Court
at the Old Baily without
leave of the Chairman
at Hicks hall .

It is Ordered by this Court that noe Indictment already
found or hereafter to be found by the Grand Jury at the
Generall Quarter or Generall Sessions of the peace for this
County for any trespass or misdemeanor (not capital)
and properly determinable at Such Sessions be Sent to
the Court of Goal Delivery for this County, without the
leave of the Chairman of the Generall Quarter or
Generall Sessions of the peace for the Said County, for
the Time being.
