for moneys by him
disbursed for passing
of Vagrants.}

Whereas complaint was formerly made unto the Court
of Sessions of the peace for this County by Barwell Smith< no role >
Esqr . Treasurer for the year 1728 of the moneys raised
for releif of maimed Soldiers and Mariner within the
Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton and Gore in the Said
County that Richard Wilson< no role > Gent High Constable
within the said Hundred of Gore had neglected to pay
to the Said Treasurer the Severall Sumes of money assessed
in the Same year for the purpose aforesaid upon the
Severall parishes and places within the District of the Said
high Constable , amounting in the whole to the Sume of
seven pounds seven Shillings & four pence, and that the
same ought to be paid to the Said Treasurer for the
purpose above menconed And whereas It appeareth
to this Court that there is due to the Said Richard Wilson< no role >
for moneys by him disbursed & paid to Severall petty
Constables within his District upon the Certificates of
allowances made them by the Justices of the peace of this
County residing within the Said Hundred or Some or one
of them for their trouble and expences in passing and
releiving of Vagrants the Sume of Six pounds eleven
Shillings & nine pence, which the Said Richard Wilson< no role >
prays may be Ordered by this Court to be paid unto him,
It is Ordered by this Court that the said Richard Wilson< no role >
do forthwith pay the Said Sume of Seven pounds Seven
Shillings and four pence (if the Same be yet unpaid)
unto the said Mr. Smith and It is further Ordered by this
Court that William Cotesworth< no role > Esqr . Generall Treasurer
of this County and Treasurer of the moneys for the
passing and releiving of Vagrants (upon produceing
