consideracon on the
County day of the
next Sessions the
State of the Hay
-Market Etc}

It is Ordered by this Court that the State of the Hay-Market
in the parishes of St. Martin in the fields and St. James in
the Liberty of Westminster in this County, and the
Treasurership of the Same be taken into consideracon
on the County day of the next Generall Sessions of the
peace for this County,

It is Ordered by this Court that James Sharpless< no role > Gent
high Constable of Holborn Division in this County doe
forthwith pay the moneys assessed in the year 1728 upon
the Severall parishes and places within the Said
Division for releif of maimed Soldiers and Mariners
unto Barwell Smith< no role > Esqr . the Treasurer appointed to
receive the Same,

It is Ordered by this Court that the consideracon of an Order
made in May Sessions 1724 prohibiting the Clerks to the
Justices of the peace for this County from Solliciting for
any persons Indicted or to be Indicted or any other Defdt.
at any Generall or Quarter Sessions of the peace for this
County, which Stood adjourned to this day, be further
adjourned untill Thursday the fourth day of December
next being the County day of the next Generall Sessions
of the peace for this County,
