for the Reliefe of Maimed Soldiers and Mariners,
that there is remaining in the hands of the said
Mr. Thayer (after a Deduction of his payments out
of the Moneys by him received as Treasurer) the
Sume of One Hundred fourty four pounds and
Seventeen Shillings It is Ordered by this Court
that the said Mr. Thayer be and he is hereby
desired to pay the aforesaid Sume of One hundred
fourty four pounds and Seventeen Shillings
unto William Cotesworth< no role > Esquire Generall
Treasurer of this County to be Subject to the
Orders of the Court of Generall Quarter or Generall
Sessions of the Peace for this County touching his
disposall and payment thereof, And that the
Receipt of the said Mr. Cotesworth the together with
this Order or a true Copy thereof shall be a
sufficient Discharge to the said Mr. Thayer for
such payment,

a County Pentioner,

Upon Application made unto this Court by Richard
Timms of the Parish of Istleworth in this County
Mariner Informing this Court that he was
admitted one of the County Pentioners of this
County many Yeares since, and Ordered to be
allowed and paid the Pention of Three Pounds
per Annum, which was heretofore duely
answered and paid unto him, But that there
is now due unto him for Arreares of the said
Pention for One Yeare ending at Lady Day
One thousand Seven hundred and twenty eight
the Sume of Three pounds And that he
applyed to William Ashby< no role > Esquire
Treasurer for Maimed Soldiers and
Mariners for the Hundreds of Elthorne
