Yeare One thousand Seven hundred and Twenty
Seven for the payment thereof, which the said
Mr. Ashby refuseth to pay him alledging that
he hath not sufficient Money in his hands for
that purpose, And the said Richard Timms< no role >
praying that this Court will be pleased to Order
the Arreares of his said Pention to be paid unto
him by such Ways and means as this Court shall
think proper, This Court being Satisfyed of the
truth of the Premises Doth Order that James
Harrison
Esquire
Treasurer
for Maimed
Soldiers
and Mariners
for the said Hundreds
for the remainder of this present Yeare One
thousand Seven hundred and twenty eight be
and he is hereby desired out of such Moneys
as have or may be by him received as
Treasurer
for Reliefe of Maimed Soldiers
and Mariners to pay unto the Said Richard
Timms the said Sume of Three Pounds in full
Satisfaction of all Arreares of his said
Pention due to him at Lady Day One
Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Eight
And that the Receipt of the said Richard
Timms together with this Order shall be
a Sufficient Discharge to the said Mr.
Harrison for such payment,
