both in the particular instance herein after menconed as
alsoe in others from the evil example thereby Set, And that
they Judged themselves indispensibly obliged by their duty
to the King and their Fellow Subjects to lay the case
particularly and by it Selfe before this Court for their
consideracon and to the end that a proper applicacon might
be made thereupon, which case is as follows, (vizt)

That on Saturday the 16th. day of November last Informacon
and complaint upon Oath was made to the Committee
by Mr. James Sharpless< no role > high Constable of Holborne
Division, Mr. John Wilson< no role > and Mr. Robert Nanny peace
Officers That a Warrant of Search haveing been issued by
Severall of his Majesties Justices of the peace acting in the
Division aforesaid the Same was executed by the Said Mr.
Sharpless on< no role > the 21st of October last, and a house thereby
Searched which Stood then Judicted for a disorderly house,
and two women of ill fame and character were taken at
the Said house thereupon, where one Mr. Robert Jennison< no role >
being present opposed their being taken away by the Said
high Constable , and bid him take the Said women at his
Peril, But the Said high Constable haveing carryed the
Said women to the Watchhouse the Said Robert Jennison< no role >
came thither, and there publickly Said that if he had
thought the high Constable would have brought the Said
women away he would have run him thro' the body
or to that effect, of which behaviour of the Said Robert
Jennison complaint being made the next day by the
Said high Constable to the Justices of that Division a
warrant was issued under the hands and Seales of John
Milner John Ellis< no role > and John Mercer< no role > Esqrs . dated 22d. of
October 1728 (which warrant is thereunto annexed
marked, 1,) for the apprehending of the Said Robert
Jennison

and things as on his Maties. behalfe Should be objected
against him by James Sharpless< no role > Gent high Constable
