Chancellor of Great Britain of an irregular proceeding
of Francis Jeinson< no role > Esqr . one of the Justices of the peace of this County
in dischargeing one Robert Jennison< no role > (before he had taken
Bayle for the appearance of the Said Robert Jennison< no role >
at this present General Sessions) the Said Robert
Jennison Standing< no role > comitted to New Prison at
Clerkenwell in this County for obstructing and
threatening James Sharpless< no role > Gent high Constable of
Holborne Division in the Said County in the execucon
of his Office, he being upon a Search by vertue of a
warrant to him in that behalfe made of the
discovery of Street Robbers and other Malefactors,
