Justices of the Peace for this County residing within
the said Parish or any two of them to Inquire
and Examine in what Parish or Place the said
William James< no role > is (at the time of such their
Inquiry and Examination) legally Settled, and for
that purpose to Summon before them such Persons
as they in such behalfe shall think proper to make
out the Place of his legall Settlement, And to Certify
the Place of his legall Settlement under their hands,

P adjorn Jovis 16 o. die Januar 1728

Order for adjorning
the Matter touching
the Allowance of
County Pentions,

A Debate ariseing in this Court touching the admitting
of disabled Soldiers and Mariners Wounded or
disabled in the Service of this Kingdome to be
Pentioners of this County and of what Sort of
Persons are proper to be soe admitted and touching
what is necessary to be made appeare to the
Court of Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace
for this County on their behalfe in order to
Intitule them to be admitted to receive a
Pention from this County in respect of their
Services, for their better Support and
Maintenance, It is Ordered by this Court
that the Consideration of the said Matter be
adjourned untill the County day of the next
Generall Sessions of the Peace to be held
for this County, (to witt) Thursday the Twenty
Seventh day of February next at Three of
the Clock in the afternoon,
