Petitioner shall take the said Peice of Timber for his own
use, and that the said Sume of three pounds by him charged for
the same shall be deducted from his said Bill, And that
Sir Isaac Tillard< no role > Knt . Treasurer of the Moneys raised
for repaire of the Publique Bridges in this County, be
and he is hereby desired thereout to pay (in the mean
time) unto the Petitioner the said Sume of three pounds,
and thirteen Shillings being the remainder of his said
Bill, whose receipt together with this Order shall
be a sufficient Discharges to the said Sir Isaac< no role >
Tillard for such payment,

three or more of them as a Committee to inspect the
Account of John Offley< no role > Esquire deceased late Treasurer
of the Moneys ariseing by the Toll for hay and Straw
brought to and Sold in the Hay Market in the Parishes
of St. Martin in the Fields and St. James Westminster
in the said County, touching the Moneys by him received
for the said Toll for Hay and Straw, and of his
disbursments thereout, And to see if any and what
Sume of Money was due to the said Mr. Offley upon the
Ballance of his said Accompt and is yet remaining due
and unpaid, And to make their Report together with
their Opinions in Writing touching the Premisses unto
the Court of Generall Quarter or Generall Sessions of the
Peace to be holden for this County, And Notice of the
