Upon reading the humble petition of

one of the high Constables of the hundred of Edmonton
in
this County exhibited unto this Court settingforth that he
hath served his Maty in the Office of High Constable for
the space of three years now last past, And the petitioner
praying that this Court will be pleased to discharge him
from his said Office, This Court doth appoint

of Edmonton
within the said Hundred in this County Gent
to be high Constable within the said Hundred of Edmonton
in the room and place of the said
Thomas Howard< no role >
, And
doth Order that the said
John Rumball< no role >
doe forthwith
after notice hereof attend one of his Maties Justices of the
peace for this County resideing within the said Hundred
and late his Oath for his due execution of the Office of high
Constable
within the same Hundred, And from and after
the time of his haveing taken such Oath the said Thomas
Howard is to be discharged from his said Office of high
Constable.
