Ellis of the Pall Mall Esqr present Treasurers of the Toll Money
ariseing by the said Hay Market unto Mary Offley< no role > Widow
Relict & Executrix of the last Will and Testament of the said
Mr. Offley towards discharge of the Moneys which was due
to him on the ballance of his said account, And that the
receipt of the said Mary Offley< no role > together with this Order
shall be a sufficient discharge to the said present
Treasurers and also to the said Philip Stothard< no role > for such
payment.

P Adjorn Jovis 21o. die Aprilis 1726 .

Constable within the
hundred of Edmonton in
the room of Thomas at
Howard Gent< no role > }

Upon reading the humble petition of Thomas Howard< no role > Gent
one of the high Constables of the hundred of Edmonton in
this County exhibited unto this Court settingforth that he
hath served his Maty in the Office of High Constable for
the space of three years now last past, And the petitioner
praying that this Court will be pleased to discharge him
from his said Office, This Court doth appoint John Rumball< no role >
of Edmonton within the said Hundred in this County Gent
to be high Constable within the said Hundred of Edmonton
in the room and place of the said Thomas Howard< no role > , And
doth Order that the said John Rumball< no role > doe forthwith
after notice hereof attend one of his Maties Justices of the
peace for this County resideing within the said Hundred
and late his Oath for his due execution of the Office of high
Constable within the same Hundred, And from and after
the time of his haveing taken such Oath the said Thomas
Howard is to be discharged from his said Office of high
Constable.
