time and place of meeting to inspect the said Accompt is
to be given to all the said Justices of the Peace , And this
Court doth further Order that Philip Stothard< no role > Gent
Clerke or Agent to the present Treasurers for the
said Hay Market doe not pay or dispose of the Sume
of Twenty one pounds eighteen shillings and eleven
pence admitted to be remaining in his hands upon
the Ballance of his last Accompt by him delivered
untill after the said Committee shall have made
their Report and untill further Order of the Court,

For as much as Nicholas Philpott< no role > Esquire one
of the Justices of the Peace of this County did not
Dine at Hickshall on this day nor was present
to answer a complaint against him for detaining
the Book wherein the Minutes or Orders of
the Petty Sessions at Edgeware are Entred
tho' a Letter was written to him for that
purpose by the Clerke of the Peace by Order of
this Court, It is Ordered by this Court that
another Letter be written and Sent by the Clerk
of the Peace of this County to the said Mr.
Philpott to desire he will please to Dine at
Hickshall on Saturday the Fifth day of
March instant at one of the Clock in the
afternoon, and after Dinner to answer the
Complaint aforesaid,
