and Nine pounds fourteen shillings and Six pence are yet
unpaid and remaining due to the Workmen and that there
is a further Sume of Money due to them on Accompt of
repaires by them done to the said Prison (which further
Sume in his Opinion doth not exceed the Sume of fifteen
pounds thirteen shillings and Six pence) It is Ordered
by this Court that the said Sr. Henry Penrice< no role > be and he
is hereby desired out of the Moneys in his hands to
advance and pay as well the said Sumes of fourty eight
pounds thirteen shillings and Six pence and Nine
pounds fourteen shillings and Six pence as also such
further Sume of Money not exceeding the said Sume of
Fifteen pounds thirteen shillings and Six pence as shall
be ascertained by the said Committee or any three of
them unto such Persons as the said Committee of
Justices or any three of them shall by writing under
their hands certify the same to be due and payable
whose receipts with this Order shall be sufficient
discharged to the said Sr. Henry Penrice< no role > for such
payments, And this Court doth further Order that
the severall Sumes of Money so to be advanced and
paid by the said Sr. Henry Penrice< no role > in pursuance of
this Order and of the Certificate of the said Committee
shall be refunded and paid to the said Sir Henry
Penrice on the Succeeding Treasurer or Treasurers
for maimed Soldiers and Mariners within the said
Hundreds out of the Yearly Sume of Twenty Pounds
payable by the Keeper of New Prison (for the time
being) to the Clerk of the Peace of this County or his
Deputy on Accompt of repairing the same Prison
after the Sume of Twenty pounds heretofore appointed
to be paid thereout to Francis Geary< no role > shall be paid
