of the said Will so granted to the Prisoner will according
to the Rules and practice of the ecclesiastical Court
(in Case the Prisoner shall not think proper to appear
to the Citation intended to be issued against him and
endeavour to establish the Validity of the said will) be
declared mull and void by the said Court in about Seven
Weeks from the time of his Majesty's Sign Manual being
procured as aforesaid And lastly this Deponent Saith
that on or about the Seventh and the ninth days of this
Instant April he this Deponent caused the Advertisement
mentioned in this Deponent's former Affidavit to be again
inserted in the Public Newspapers called the Daily Advertise
and the St. James's
Chronicle respectively for discovering the next
of Kin of the said James White< no role >
deceased but hitherto without
Effect.
