asked him if he would buy any Swagg, Athill then asked
him what it was, Stephen said it was Abuslin Dimitys
Irish, some Handkerchiefs and Prints and Cambricks;
Athill then asked Stephens where they were he made Answer
no matter where they are but if you will meet me at Langleys
about seven o'Clock at night I'll take you to where they are
Stephens then went away, and Athill on the afternoon told this
Examinant he was going to meet Stephens and went out
about Five o'Clock for that Purpose and that she saw no
more of Athill till between Nine and Ten o'Clock at night
when he came home and brought a Bag with him with
some thing in it, when he came in he told this Examinant
into go into Browns Lane there she would see a Coach
standing and desired her to stand at the Coach door, she
went there and saw Henry [..] Fossett< no role > come out of
the Coach door and take a bag nearly Full of things
took it on his shoulder and went down Barbers Yard
towards Athills house , she saw William Athill< no role > pay the
Coachman Three Shillings and six pence but, there being two
men with the Coach she gave them two pence more and
then went home when Henry Fossett< no role > and William Athill< no role >
were in the Kitchen and two Baggs they had brought from
the Coach lay on the Floor, Henry Fossett< no role > stayed in the
Kitchen while William Athill< no role > carried the two Bags into
the Yard, Mary Taylor< no role > a little Girl was in the Kitchen at
the same time, Then they all three went up stairs together
where William Athill< no role > then paid the said Henry Fossett< no role >
Twenty Four Pounds Eighteen Shillings, [..]
and told him that was his full money, all but the three
Shillings and six pence for the Coach Fossett said he
would tell the others and if they were agreeable he was
he then wished them a good night and said he would
call for the Bags in a day or Two. She further saith that
Fossett produced a Large Pistol and asked Athill if he
would have it, Athill said No he did not want it
soon after Fossett went away the said William Athill< no role >
carried the Bags up Stairs and Shewed her the Pieces of
Irish and the Prints and Handkerchiefs and the Muslins
that were in the Bags, that she afterwards that night Fetched
Mrs. Aldred of Brick lane who bought the Pieces of Irish that
night and took them away and that Henry Fossett< no role > [..]

now tender Examination is the
person who came with the
