Prisoner requiring him as the Executor named
in the said pretended Will to bring in the Probate
thereof so granted to him as aforesaid in order
that the same might be worked and declared
by the said Court to be null and void [..]
[..] as this Deponent hath been
informed by Mr. Silk a Clerk in the Office of his
Majesty's Procurateur General and which this
Deponent verily believes to be true and this
Deponent saith he hath been also informed
by the said Clerk and verily believes the same
to be true that in case the said James Maguire< no role >
shall sail to shaw Cause against the Revocation
of the said Probate the same will in all
probability be revoked and declared null and
void by the said Court in or about the first or
second Week in July next.
