himself Saith that some time in March last the
abovenamed Thomas Boss and James Correster were committed
to prison by John Sherwood< no role >
Esquire
for stealing some
Money the property of Bengt Holm and at the same
time this Deponent was bound in Recognizance to attend
and give evidence on such Bill of Indictment the said

should prefer and prosecute against
the said prisoners for said Offence And the said William
Lysett and William Davis< no role >
severally say that the week
before the following Session began the said Bengt Holm< no role >
who was a Foreigner and commander of a Merchant Ship
then lying in the River set Sail and left this Kingdom
