22d day of December last he entered into a
Recognizance before The Lord Mayor< no role >
for the
appearance of Elizabeth< no role >
wife of Thomas Wharton< no role >
at the then next Session of the peace to answer
for assaulting Sarah Hart< no role >
-And this Deponent
further Saith that by some mistake the name
of the husband Thomas Wharton< no role >
appears in the
said recognizance returned to the Session as if
he this Deponent had been also bound for the
appearance of the said Thomas Wharton< no role >
where as
this Deponent Saith that the said Thomas Wharton< no role >
was at the time a Prisoner for Debt in the Fleet
prison and was not before the said Magistrate
neither was this Deponent ever Bail for the
said Thomas Wharton< no role >
