Who saith that on the sixth day of June last about the
Hour of Seven in the afternoon being at the House of
Mr. Wortley the Corner of Fleet Lane
in a [..] Room one
Pair of Staris poultingofMr. Akerman House the Keeper of New Gate
he saw
the Prisoner Joseph Cook< no role >
(whom he well know being an
Apprentice
to a Mr. Wood in Warwick Lane
Book binder
a Neighbour of this Informants) in Company with several
other Persons who appeared to this Informant to be
Gaisters
, in the two Pair of Stairs Room of Mr. Akerman
House throwing the Furnitureofout at the Windows
and that he particularly saw the Prisoner throw out a large Picture
which had the appearance of being very valuable having
a very handsome Guild France about it and that he knewout
Several other Things out of the Window of the said
House andthat he appappeared to this Informant
to be very Active in the said Riot and continued
there about half an Hour
