for the said Offence notwithstanding
he was tried and convicted in Kent
and punished there for felony as appears
by the Certificate of the Clerk of Assize
hereunto annexed And this Deponent
Saith that he did not omit to prefer
an Indictment at the time mentioned
in his Recognizance with any intent
so favour the prisoner for that on the
contrary he wished to punish such an
offender
