Solicitor for the Prosecutor maketh Oath that
Richard Bagley< no role > late Apprentice to the said John
Parrot< no role > is a material Witness for the King in the
Support of this Prosecution and that without the
benefit of his Testimony he cannot safely proceed
to the Trial thereof and Saith that the said
Richard Bagley< no role > is now, and for several Months
Past, as this Deponent hath heard & verily believes
has been at Dublin in Ireland and that he this
Deponent will use his utmost endeavours & hopes
and believes he shall be able to produce him here
as a Witness at the ensueing Sessions on the Trial
of this Indictment
