the Prosecutor maketh oath & saith that since the time
of the Defendants Commitment he hath not been able
to Collect all the Evidence together necessary to be
offered upon the Trial of this Indictments not to get
his Briefs ready for Council and make all the
necessary preparation for the said Trail at this
present Sessions although he has used his utmost
deligenece to be ready at this Sessions and saith he
could not get the Indictment setled tile last Week
from the great length and nicety thereof and saith
the Prosecutor is be no means prepared to try the
said Defendant this Sessions but this Deponent
saith that he doubts not but that he will be ready
to proceed to the trial thereof at the next Sessions
