Newgate Within the Suburbs of the City of London on Oath of
Matthews Braugham< no role > and Another for Forging and Counterfeiting a
Bill of Exchange Purporting to be the Bill of Benjamin Sullen< no role > for
Forty Pounds Payable to Rogers Ruding a Account of Thomas
Poughfey< no role > and for Imblishing the same as True, Knowingst to be
False, Forged, and Counterfeited with Intent to Defrand John
Price< no role > and is now a Prisoner Confined in Newgate under the Same Charge

Your Petitioner therefore Most Humbly Prays that at this
Present Sessions of Goal Delivery of Newgate holden
for the City of London and County of Middlesex he may
be Tryed Bailed or Discharged Pursuant to the Statute
in that Case Made and Provided
