Charles Massey< no role > at the Inner Temple London Gentn.
Agent to the Sollicitor for the Affairs of the
Admiralty and Navy Maketh Oath and saith that
the abovenamed William Phillips< no role > is a Material
Witness for the King against several Persons now at
Large (and with whom this Deponent beleives he was
an Accomplice) charged with Felony in falsely
Personating the Retations of deceased Seaman in his
Majesty's Service and receiving their Wages to the
Prejudice at his Majesty are at the Persons Lawfully
entitled to receive the same.
