Church-Wardens and Overseers of
the Parish of St. Andrews Holbourn in the Liberty
above ye Barrs in ye County of Middx respectively.

WHEREAS Compaint hath this Day been made
unto us two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for this City, and the Liberties thereof one of them appointed by act of Parliament (Quorum
unus)
by You the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Sepulchers in the City of
London, That Josias Disturnell< no role > the Elder hath
Lately Intruded himself into
your said Parish not having obtained any legal Settlement
there, and is likely to become Chargeable thereto,
by Reason of his Great poverty
unless timely prevented,
which Complaint we adjudge to be true. And forasmuch
as it appears unto us by the Oath of Josias Disturnell the
Younger that the sd. Josias Disturnell< no role > did about five
years ago live & keep a house in the parish of St Andrews
Holbourn in the Liberty above the Barrs in the County of
Middx of ye yearly rent of thirteen pounds by the Space
of five years and hath [..]
not obtain d and subsequent Settlement. We the said
Justices are therefore of Opinion, and do adjudge the
Last legal Settlement of the said Josias Disturnell the
Elder to be
in the said Parish of St. Andrews Holbourn in the Liberty
above the Barrs in ye County of Middx and that thitherto
He ought by Law to be sent.

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name to re-
quire You to remove and convey the said Josias Disturnell< no role >
the Elder
from and out of your said Parish of St. Sepulchres in
in the City of London , to the said Parish of
St. Andrews Holbourn in the Liberty above the Barrs in
the County of Middx and Him leave with
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or
one of them, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for Him according to Law. Hereof fail
not, and this shall be your Warrant. Given under our
Hands and Seals the 14th Day of August Anno
Domini 172 Annoq: Regni Regis Georgij 2di
in the
year of our Lord 1733 .
