the City of London and the rest of his majestys
Justices of the peace for the said City in Quarter
Sessions Assembled At the Guildhall of the said
city

The Humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of Christ Church in the
County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by pass Warrant or order under the Hands and Seals of the Right
Honble . John Barber< no role > Esqr Lord Mayor of the said City and Sir William
Bilcers
< no role > Kt Two of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the said City
of London (one of whom was appointed by act of parliament)Quory unus bearing
Date the Twenty Sixth Day of September now last past Benjamin
Wilson was removed and Conveyed from the parish of Saint Bottolphs
Bishopsgate London to the said parish of Christ Church by the name of
the parish of Christ Church in Spittle fields in the County of Middlesex
as the Last legal place of Settlement of the said Benjamin Wilson< no role >

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves
Aggreived by the said Warrant or order
of the said two Justices Humbly Appeal
to this Court against the same and pray
that this court would appoint Some Day
this present Quarter Sessions for the
Churchwardens and overseers of he poor
of the said parish of saint Bottolphs
Bishopsgate London and all other Parties
concerned to attend to Hear and abide the
Judgmetn and Determinacon of this court
touching the said Appeal

And your Petr shall ever pray et
