Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above
the barrs in the County of Middlesex

That

of Pass warrant dated the fourteenth day of August now
last past under the hands and seales of the Right Honourable
John Barber< no role >
Esquire
Lord Mayor
of the City of London
and
Sr.

. and Alderman of the same City
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said
City of London
and the Liberties thereof (one whereof being
of the Quorum) removed and conveyed from the parish of
Saint Sepulchres
in the City of London
to the said parish of
Saint Andrew Holborn above the barrs
in the said County of
Middlesex
as the place of his last legall Settlement
Your Peticoners humbly conceive themselves
aggrieved thereby and appeal from the Judgment of
the said Justices to the Judgment of this Honourable
Court And desire that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Sepulchres
London may appear before you to hear and abide
the Judgment and determination of this Honourable
Court upon and touching the said Appeal
And Your Petitioners shall Pray & so forth
