Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us two of
His Majesties Justices of the Peace for this City and the
Liberties thereof one very of the (Quorum [..] ) by You the Church wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Andrew
by the WardrobeLondon That Elizabeth
Peet
< no role > Wife of William Peet< no role > and their two Children that
is to Say Mary aged about Two Years, and Rebecca
aged Four Months and Upwards are
lately come to reside in your said Parish not having obtaind any
Legal Settlement there and are likely to become chargeable
thereto unless timely prevented Which Complaint We judge to
be true and for as much as it appears unto Us by the Oath of Mary
Peet That the said William Peet< no role > about Five Years agoe
Served his Apprentiship with Thomas Ladkins< no role >
Citizen and Weaver and the Widdow ofthe said Ladkins
in the said Parish of Saint Mary Somersett London
And no other Sebsequent Settlement appearing unto Us We the
said Justices are of Opinion and do Adjudge the last Legal
Settlement of the said Elizabeth Peet and her two Children
Mary< no role > and Rebecca
to be in the said Parish of Saint Mary Somersett in
the City of London And that thitherto they ought by Law
to be sent

These are therefore in his Majestice Name to Mill and
Require You the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Andrew by the Wardrobe
London Forthwith to Remove and Convey the said Elizabeth
Peet and her two Children Mary and Rebecca< no role >
from and out of your said Parish unto the said Parish of Saint
Mary Somersett London
And them deliver unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor there or one of them Who is and are hereby required
to Receive and Provide for them according to Law Given
under our hands and Seals this 25th. day of August
