The Humble Petition and Appeale of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of
the parish of St. Martin Vintry London

Sheweth

That By an Order Under the Hands and Seals of
Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the Said City
(Quorum Unus) bearing Date the fourteenth day of December
last Robert Hatchett< no role > the son of Thomas Hatchett< no role > aged about
Tenn years was lately Removed from the Parish of St. Mary
Mountains London to the said Parish of St. Martin Vintry
as the Place of his last Legall Settlement

Your. Petrs: Therefore & thinking
themselves Aggrieved by the Judgemt,
of the Said two Justices Appeale to
Yor. Lordships and Worships against
the said Order and Humbly Desire
This Court will Make such Order
therein as to Your Lordspp & Worspps
