of the Poor of the Parish of Benedict
vulgarly Bennet fink London , and to the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of
the Parish of St. Christophers in the
City of London respectively.

Whereas Complaint hath this Day been made
unto us two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for this City, and the Liberties, thereof (Quorum
unus) by You the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Benedict vulgarly Bennetfink
London, That Obediah Smart< no role > John Smart< no role > his Sone about
the Age of nine years Obediah Smart< no role > his Second Sone about
the Age of Eight years David Smart< no role > his third Sone about
age of Seven years And George Smart< no role > his Fourth Sone about
the Age of four years have lately Intruded themselves into
your said Parish not having obtained any legal Settlement
there, and are likely to become Chargeable thereto,
by Reason of their Great Poverty
unless timely prevented,
which Complaint we adjudge to be true. And forasmuch
as it appears unto by the Oath of the sd. Obediah Smart< no role >
that he did [..] out tenn Months Agoe live & hear and
Rent a House in the parish of St. Cristophers in the City of
London of the yearly Rent of Sixty pounds by the space of
tenn years and have
not obtain any subsequent Settlement. We the said
Justices are therefore of Opinion, and do adjudge the
Last legal Settlement of the said Obediah Smart< no role > & John Smart< no role >
Obediah Smart< no role > [..] David Smart< no role > & George Smart< no role >
in the said Parish of St. Christophers in the sd City of London
and that thitherto
They ought by Law to be sent.

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name to re-
quire You to remove an convey the said Obediah Smart< no role >
John Smart< no role > the Obediah Smart< no role > Junr. David Smart< no role > & George
Smart the four Sone of ye sd. Obediah Smart< no role > [..]
from and out of your said Parish of Sr. Benedict vulgarly
Bennetfink in the City of London , to th e said Parish of
St. Christophers in the City of London
and them leave with the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or
one of them, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for them according to Law. Hereof fail
not, and this shall be your Warrant. Given under our
Hands and Seals the 10th Day of August Anno
Domini 17 32 Annoq; Regni Regis Georgij 2di 6th.
