the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Christopher
in the City of London

Sheweth

That by VIrtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the hands & Seales of yor. Lordship & Sir William Billers< no role >
Knt . & Aldran Two of His Majtys Justices of the Base
for the City of London & Libties thereof (Quorn unus)
bearing Date the Tenth Day of August last past Obediah
Smart< no role > & his four Sons, vizt. John< no role > about the Age of nine
Years, Obediah< no role > about the Age of Eight years, David< no role >
about the Age of Seven years & George< no role > about the Age
of four years, were removed from the Parish of St.
Benedict vulgarly Bennet fink London, unto the
said Parish of St. Christopher London, alledging ye.
sd. Parish of St. Christopher to be the Place of their last
legall Settlement.

That your Peticonrs. Conceiving themselves agrieved
by the said Warrant or Order Do appeale to your
Lordship & Worps therefrom & humbly pray, that
your Lordp & Worps will be pleased to hear them
in the prmisses, Order yt: the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Bennet
vulgarly Bennet fink London , may appear before
you to hear & abide the Judgment & Determinacon
of yor. Lordp & Worps touching this Appeale.
