The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. James within the Libty of
Westmr. in the County of Middx

Humbly Sheweth

That by a Pass warrant or Order under the
hands and seals of the said Sr. Francis Child< no role > and Sr.
Richard Brocas< no role > Knight two of his Majesties Justices
of the Peace for the City of London and the Liberties
thereof bearing date the Twenty Ninth day of September
1732 Jane Baldwyn< no role > Singlewoman was Removed
from and Out of the Parish of St. Bridgett Als Bride
London to the sd. Parish of St. James As the Place of
the last legall Settlement of the sd. Jane Baldwyn< no role >
Whereby your Petitioners think themselves
Aggrieved

And Therefore humbly Pray this
Court will Please to Hear and
Determine the said Appeal According
to Law and Justice
