The humble petition of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the Parish of St. Mary Woollnorth London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the
hands & Seals of two of his Maties Justices of the Peace for
the City of London (Quor unus) bearing Date the 16th Day
of August last Christiana Sapp< no role > a Lunatick was removed
from the parish of St. Olave Hart Street London to the
Parish of St. Mary Woollnorth London as the place
of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitionrs conceiveing themselves
agreived by the Warrt. & Judgement of the
sd two Justices humbly appeal to this
Court for releif in the premisses.
