Whereas Complaint hat been made unto Us two of
His Majesties Justices of the Peace
for this City and the
Liberties thereof (quorum unus) by You the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Botolph
without Aldergate

Seeger is
lately come to reside in your said parish not having obtained any
Legal Settlement there and is likely to become chargeable
thereto unless timely prevented Which Complaint We judge to
be true and for as much as it appears unto Us by the Oath of
the said

That about Forty Three years age he
Lived as an Inmate in Great Sword Bearers alley in Chiswell
Street
in the parish of St. Giles's
without Cripplegate
in the County
of Middlx
in the Space of Forty days and upwards
And no other Subsequent Settlement appearing unto Us We the
Said Justices are of opinion and do Adjudge the last Legal
Settlement of the said

to be in the said parish of St. Giles's
without Cripplegate
in the County of Middlx
And that thitherto he ought by Law
to be sent

Require You the Cchurch wardens an Overseers of the poor of
the said parish of St. Botolph without Aldersgate

forthwith to Remove and Convey the said
Mathew Seeger< no role >
from and out of your said parish unto the said parish of St.
Giles's without Cripplegate
in the County of Middlx
And him deliver unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor there of one of them Who is and are hereby required
to Receive and provide for him according to Law Given
under our hands and Seals this Twenty first day of Aprill
