the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Andrew
Undershaft London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under ye:
Hands & Seals of Yor Lordship & Humbly Parsons Esqr
one of the Aldermen of this City & two of his Majty's
Justices of the Peace for the same City & the Liberties
thereof (Quor unus) bearing Oath the Twenty second
Day of December last past Elizabeth Carter< no role > single-
woman was removed from the Parish of St Katherine
Coleman London unto the said Parish if St. Andrew
Under Shaft London alledging the said Parish of St.
Andrew Under Shaft to be the Place of her last legall
Settlement

That yor. Petitionrs. conceiving themselves
agrieved by the said Warrant or Order Do
appeale to yor: Lordship & Worps therefrom, and
humbly pray that yor: Lordp & Worps will be
pleased to hear ym in the prmes & Order That ye.
