The Humbles Petition and Appeall of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St.
Mildred in Breadstreet London

Sheweth

That by an Order or pass Warrant under
the hands and Seals of Two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said City & Libertys
thereof (Quor Unus) bearing date the 24th day
of October last past Whereby William, Smith< no role >
was Removed from the parish of St. Andrews
Holborn London to the said Parish of St.
Mildred in Breadstreet London as the place
of his last Legall Settlement

Your Petitioners thinking themselves
aggreived by the Judgement of the said
two Justices, Appeal to your Lordshipp
worships against the Order And humbly
desire this Court will make such order
therein as to your Lordshipp & Worshipps
shall Seem meet

And Your Petitioners (as in duly bound) shall ever pray
