Sheweth
That by vertue of a Warrant under the hands &
Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said City
(Quorn unus) bearing date the 21st. day of July
last one

Botolph without Bishopsgate
London to the Said Parish of St.
Sepulchres
London Adjudgeing the said Parish to be the Place of
the last legall Settlement of the said Hannah Hodges
That your Petitioners doubt not to make it appear that the said
Hannah Hodges had no legall Settlement in the said Parish of
St. Sepulchres London Whereby they Conceive themselves
Aggreived by the said Warrant and Judgement of the said two
Justices
And do humbly appeal to your honour and
Worships therefrom and Pray that the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
St. Botolph without Bishopsgate may hear and
abide the determinacon of this honble. Court touching
this Appeal
